Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using AutoQAI. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AutoQAI ("the Service"), operated by AutoQAI Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
AutoQAI provides an AI-powered software testing platform that automatically generates, executes, and maintains test cases for web applications. The Service includes visual scanning, AI test generation, parallel cloud execution, self-healing selectors, bug classification, and reporting features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at security@autoqai.io of any unauthorized use of your account. AutoQAI reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or remain inactive for extended periods.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use AutoQAI to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) scan or test applications you do not own or have explicit written permission to test; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; (d) use the Service to transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks; (f) use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or networks.
5. Intellectual Property
AutoQAI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AutoQAI Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of any application data, test artifacts, and generated tests you create through the platform. You grant AutoQAI a limited licence to use this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
6. Payment & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You authorize AutoQAI to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial months unless required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AutoQAI Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to AutoQAI in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AutoQAI does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not warrant that the results obtained from use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
